[v3.0.0] katenary --version displays v0 debug version #179

Hi,

Just installed katenary@3.0.0 via apt, and the --version flag shows v0.0.0-20250923103405-9bd1ebb59af3-go1.25.1

❯ sudo apt install katenary=3.0.0
